With India achieving 21 Olympic shooting quotas for Paris 2024, consistent World Cup podiums, and success in para-shooting, shooting has proven to be a sport of immense potential. Inclusive formats, gender parity, and mixed-team events make it an ideal arena for nurturing the next generation of champions.
Our initiative is designed to support talent at every step. From scouting promising candidates and shortlisting them through background verification to evaluating their skills in dedicated camps, we ensure that every athlete with potential gets the opportunity to grow.
Beyond selection, we focus on holistic development. Athletes receive sponsorship, mentorship, and ongoing monitoring, ensuring consistent guidance and support. The program begins with talent identification and selection, choosing elite athletes aged 14 to 23 who show strong potential for international success. Once selected, swimmers enter a structured training program under the mentorship of expert coaches with international experience, ensuring world-class exposure from day one.
Beyond technical training, athletes receive integrated sports science support, including performance assessments, conditioning, nutrition, and sports psychology.
